李晓兵,博士,毕业于中科院上海硅酸盐研究所,现为上海理工大学副教授,博士研究生导师。主要从事压电材料和医用超声成像技术研究。中国物理学会电介质委员会青年委员,中国超声换能器与材料专业委员会委员,中国稀土协会稀土晶体专业委员会青年委员。先后承担国家、省部级、中科院以及横向科研项目近10项,发表SCI论文80余篇。

钙钛矿型铁电固溶体材料因具有超高压电性能,可大幅提升换能器、传感器、驱动器等器件性能,广泛应用于医用超声、水声等国民经济和军事领域。其超高压电性的结构和状态本源,不仅对新材料开发和性能优化,而且对凝聚态物理新结构探索都具有重要意义。本实验室从晶格动力学角度出发,利用中子非弹性散射、拉曼光谱、X射线同步辐射等手段研究局域原子、晶格、相和微畴结构等极性结构。结合外场作用下的结构变化,研究结构与性能关系,揭示材料的高压电响应机理。希望通过本研究,获得开发高压电性新材料的途径,并对器件应用中材料改性提供指导。
压电复合材料是实用化的高频超声换能器的必要选择。高频医用超声成像、无损检测、超声显微镜的频率要求,使压电复合材料的微结构单元尺寸在10~70 μm范围内。传统的切割-填充法受限于刀片厚度而使复合材料压电填充比较小,刻蚀法则在压电柱长度和成本方面受限。本实验室开发了一种软模板法制备压电陶瓷柱阵列,进而获得高频超声复合材料的方法。压电柱排列均匀、紧密,柱的直径在10~70 μm间可控,长径比>6,柱间隙可达5μm。此外,该方法还具有成本低、可批量的特点。希望能够为高频超声器件的研发和生产提供高性能的基础复合材料。
医用高频超声成像是新兴的生物医疗装备领域,是观察人体组织几毫米范围内几十微米精细结构的有利手段,将在新尺度上为医生科研和临床诊断开辟超声图像新方案。本实验室采用高性能的压电材料,设计制备了微型、高频、高性能超声换能器(如图,尺寸0.5 mm,中心频率40 MHz),可用于血管壁、皮肤、眼科等组织精细结构的超声成像。例如,已实验室内获得猪血管壁超声图像,可清晰观察到多层结构。本实验室希望(1)高频超声成像技术能与生物医学领域研究结合,为医生和生物学家的科研探索提供高分辨率的超声图像数据。(2)为新领域高频临床超声诊断提供支撑。
